Homeless but not familyless

On Sep.17th 2013,we had a wonderful experience in helping the homeless people in Denver, which made me know much more about the America.
To be honest,I have to say the homeless people in the U.S receive much more respect than the homeless people do in China.I do think it is not only the financial situation of a government which makes that difference, but also the kindness and the willingness of helping others work.
I also feel a little upset because I think my English was not good enough to understand all the things they told me and perhaps I didn't meet all their needs of service. But I tried my best and now after this experience,I have more motivation to improve my English so that I can help others better in the future.
Everyone may have the tough time in his life, but no one has the right to give up himself.Since life can be very difficult one day,why can't it become better in another day?Maybe you are homeless, but you're not familyless because there are so many people supporting you.
I really appreciate this experience and it makes me think much more than before.
